At Found4U, we are committed to providing premium products and exceptional customer service. This Return & Refund Policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and explains your rights when purchasing from us.
1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where applicable, Found4U will arrange for the product to be collected, repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
2. 6-Month Limited Warranty
Every Found4U Apex™ Smartwatch includes a 6-Month Limited Warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from normal intended use.
Examples include:

Manufacturing defects

Internal component failures
-
Charging port failures caused by manufacturing defects

Button failures caused by manufacturing defects
-
Display defects not caused by accidental damage
If a fault covered by this warranty occurs within six (6) months of purchase, Found4U will, after inspection, at its discretion and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

Repair the product;
-
Replace the product with the same or equivalent model; or
-
Provide a refund where a repair or replacement is not appropriate.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The 6-Month Limited Warranty does not cover:

Accidental or impact damage

Cracked or broken screens
-
Water damage resulting from use beyond the stated 5ATM water-resistance rating
-
Cosmetic damage, scratches or normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse or negligence
-
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Damage resulting from drops or excessive force
-
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals or corrosive substances
-
Damage caused by using incompatible chargers or accessories

Lost or stolen products
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange products that:

Arrive damaged during shipping.

Are defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Were supplied incorrectly.
-
Qualify for replacement under the Found4U 6-Month Limited Warranty.
6. How to Submit a Warranty or Return Request
To submit a warranty claim or return request, please contact our support team with:

Proof of purchase

A description of the issue

Clear photographs or videos of the product (where applicable)
Our support team will guide you through the assessment and return process.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or replaces any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where the Act provides greater protection than this policy, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act will apply.
