Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Found4U, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of South Africa.

Deliveries are made using Aramex Store-to-Door, one of South Africa's trusted courier partners.


2. Processing Time

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

8–11 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.

Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Where free shipping promotions apply, these will be clearly indicated on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery through Aramex.


6. Delivery Delays

While Found4U works closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High courier volumes

  • Industrial action

  • Road closures

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Other unforeseen operational delays

Found4U will not be liable for delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers in tracking their orders and work with our courier partner to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect address is supplied, additional courier charges or delays may apply.

Found4U cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed or returned due to incorrect information provided during checkout.


8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is inaccessible, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.

Any additional delivery charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be payable by the customer.


9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the matter with Aramex and work towards a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.


10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.
