Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services and public holidays.

Found4U is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Industrial action

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Every Found4U Apex™ Smartwatch includes a 6-Month Limited Warranty, which is provided in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

10. Consumer Protection

Nothing contained within these Terms limits or excludes any rights provided to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

remains the property of Found4U or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
